As always, the health and safety of our guests and associates remains our top priority and we are proud to be going above and beyond all state and health department guidelines to ensure the strictest standards are in place. Scroll down to learn more.

 

Pullman San Francisco is once again welcoming guests for overnight stays. 

As always, the health and safety of our guests and associates remains our top priority and we are proud to be going above and beyond all state and health department guidelines to ensure the strictest standards are in place.

Our hotel is following all safety and sanitation measures in line with county ordinance, CDC guidelines and using all EPA approved chemicals. Additionally, we have enhanced cleaning duties for all guest rooms including disinfecting, electrostatic spraying and seals on guest room doors.

Pullman San Francisco leadership teams are in regular contact with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as state and local health departments and other global health organizations to make sure our staff have the most up-to-the-minute information to verify the actions we’re taking are comprehensive and appropriate.

Currently, we are only open for overnight stays.

Our Pool is open

Our restaurants are currently closed with no anticipation for a reopening date

Our fitness center is closed but will reopen as soon as county regulations permit.

 

 

Guests can cancel without a penalty up to 24 hours in advance of reservation arrival date.  Please contact us if you have any concerns about your upcoming or making a future reservation.
